1. Introduction

Welcome to SSG Collective (“we”, “our”, “us”).
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your membership and participation in the SSG Collective community, including access to our website, events, communications, and member platforms.

By joining, subscribing, or engaging with the Collective, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before signing up.

2. Who We Are

SSG Collective is a UK-based community supporting founders and fractional professionals to start, support, and grow their businesses through collaboration, expertise, and shared learning.

3. Membership Overview

We offer different membership tiers to suit your journey — from getting started to scaling your business.
Each tier provides varying levels of access to events, resources, and community features, as outlined on our website.

Membership Types:

  • Spark Tier: Access to community discussions, updates, and selected events.

  • Graft Tier: Includes Start benefits plus access to peer sessions, accountability groups, and digital resources.

  • Roots Tier: Includes Scale benefits plus Priority one to one expert support, business templates, and VIP partner access.

Memberships are available on a monthly or annual subscription basis, depending on the tier selected.

4. Payments & Renewals

  • All membership payments are made securely via our payment processor.

  • Monthly subscriptions renew automatically each month unless cancelled.

  • Annual memberships renew automatically each year unless cancelled before the renewal date.

  • You can manage or cancel your membership anytime via your account or by emailing info@ssgcollective.co.uk.

  • No refunds are issued for part-used membership periods unless required by law.
     

5. Member Conduct

The SSG Collective is built on respect, collaboration, and trust.
As a member, you agree to:

  • Treat all members, experts, and staff respectfully.

  • Keep discussions and shared information confidential where appropriate.

  • Not use the community for unsolicited sales or spam.

  • Uphold a supportive and inclusive environment for all participants.

We reserve the right to suspend or remove members who breach these standards or behave in a way that harms the community.
 

6. Events & Sessions

From time to time, we run online and in-person events, workshops, and sessions.

  • Some events are included in your membership; others may require separate registration or fees.

  • You agree to behave professionally and courteously at all events, whether hosted by SSG Collective or a partner organisation.

  • We may take photographs or recordings at events for promotional purposes. You can opt out by notifying us in advance.
     

7. Expert Connections & Collaborations

Through the Collective, members may connect with Collaborators (fractional experts) for advice, projects, or services.

  • Any paid engagements or work agreed between members and collaborators are independent arrangements between those parties.

  • SSG Collective is not responsible for the outcomes, performance, or payment of any such arrangements, unless expressly agreed otherwise.

  • We may receive a small commission (typically 10–15%) from projects facilitated through the Collective, as disclosed beforehand.
     

8. Marketing & Communications

By becoming a member, you consent to receiving relevant updates about your membership, community activity, and events.
You can opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link or by contacting us directly.

We handle all personal data in line with our Privacy Policy

 

9. Cancellations & Termination

You may cancel your membership at any time. Access will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate a membership without refund in cases of:

  • Breach of these Terms

  • Inappropriate behaviour or misuse of the platform

  • Legal or regulatory requirements
     

10. Liability Disclaimer

While we aim to provide accurate and helpful information through our community and experts, all content, advice, and discussions are provided for general guidance only.
SSG Collective accepts no liability for business decisions, losses, or damages resulting from reliance on content, advice, or third-party engagements.
 

11. Intellectual Property

All materials shared by SSG Collective (including guides, templates, event recordings, and digital content) remain our intellectual property.
You may not copy, distribute, or reproduce such materials without written permission.
 

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms periodically to reflect changes to our operations or legal requirements.
Members will be notified of significant updates, and continued membership will constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
 

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
